You Don't Know What You Don't Know - UNTIL YOU KNOW IT!
A continuation of the January 26th Town Hall Meeting co-hosted by Broward County Hispanic Bar Association & Broward County Trial Lawyers Association
Join us for a discussion led by our Chief Judge, Jack Tuter, and moderated by BCTLA Past President, Elizabeth Finizio,
as the panel discusses practical tools, rules, and ethical considerations for EFFECTIVE remote litigation via ZOOM.
Have you considered perspectives from the bench, judicial assistant, clerk of the court,
court reporter, mediator, arbitrator, other litigators?
You will hear from these perspectives while learning best practices of what to do and the pitfalls
