BARRY MEADOW, MICHAEL OLIN AND SETH MILES JOIN GROSSMAN & ROTH Firm diversifying and expanding to meet client needs MIAMI, FL - The statewide law firm of Grossman and Roth has announced that Barry L. Meadow and Michael S. Olin, former partners at Podhurst Orseck, have joined the firm as name partners. Seth Eric Miles, also formerly of Podhurst Orseck, has joined as an associate. This merger reflects the firm's expansion and diversification into virtually every aspect of litigation and, as a result, the firm's name will change to Grossman, Roth, Olin, Meadow, Cohen, Yaffa, Pennekamp and Cohen, P.A.

Olin and Meadow, who have worked at Podhurst Orseck their entire legal careers, along with Miles, who recently joined the firm, will add commercial, aviation, class action, matrimonial, entertainment, probate and estate and professional malpractice litigation as well as supplement Grossman and Roth's current practice areas-medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death, admiralty, product liability and aviation litigation.

Olin focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death, aviation, commercial, class action, entertainment, product liability and professional malpractice litigation. He received his undergraduate degree, with high distinction, and juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan. He has been president of the American Board of Trial Advocates Miami Chapter, and is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, whose membership is limited to the 500 best trial lawyers in the United States. He has previously served extended terms as a board member of both the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He resides in Pinecrest.

Meadow focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation of all types, including aviation and medical malpractice actions, and also represents clients in matrimonial litigation, commercial litigation and probate and estate litigation. Meadow received his undergraduate degree, Master of Science degree and Ph.D in psychology from Purdue University and his juris doctor from Indiana University. He is a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, a sustaining member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and Dade County Trial Lawyers Association. He resides in Coral Gables.
Miles focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death, commercial, class action, and white-collar criminal defense litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. Seitz on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and spent three years as an Assistant United States Attorney, most recently in the Economic Crimes Section of the United States Attorney's Office in the Southern District of Florida. He resides in Coral Gables.
